LEAD RECON

Terms of Service

The commercial terms for using this website, requesting strategy support, and starting work with LEAD RECON.

Last updated: 7 July 2026

Scope

These terms apply to use of the LEAD RECON website and to initial enquiries, strategy calls, audits, demos, proposals, and related digital materials.

A separate written proposal, statement of work, order form, or service agreement may apply to paid services. If there is a conflict, the signed commercial agreement takes priority for that work.

Using the website

You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful code, scrape at unreasonable volume, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Website content is provided for general commercial information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or regulated professional advice.

Enquiries, audits, and demos

Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a client relationship by itself. We may accept, decline, prioritise, or redirect enquiries at our discretion.

Free or exploratory recommendations are based on the information available at the time. Final implementation scope, integrations, pricing, and timelines must be confirmed in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access credentials, platform permissions, brand assets, approval feedback, and any legal or compliance requirements specific to their business.

Where services touch advertising, email, CRM, data, analytics, AI, or regulated sectors, the client remains responsible for approving claims, audiences, consent requirements, and operational use.

AI and automation outputs

AI-assisted outputs may include drafts, workflows, research summaries, classifications, campaign structures, code, prompts, reports, and recommendations.

AI-assisted outputs should be reviewed before business-critical use. We design for quality and control, but no automated system should be treated as perfect or independently authoritative.

Intellectual property

LEAD RECON retains rights in its pre-existing frameworks, templates, methods, software components, automations, prompts, internal tooling, and know-how.

Client-owned materials remain the client's property. Rights in final deliverables should be defined in the relevant proposal or service agreement.

Third-party platforms

Services may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, CRM systems, analytics tools, ad platforms, email providers, automation tools, and AI vendors.

LEAD RECON is not responsible for outages, policy changes, billing changes, account restrictions, data loss, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control.

No guaranteed results

We work to improve systems, speed, visibility, lead flow, conversion paths, and operational leverage, but commercial outcomes depend on market, offer, budget, timing, sales follow-up, platform rules, and client execution.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee rankings, revenue, lead volume, ad account approval, or specific AI model behaviour.
